I absolutely had to share this vid. The knee cut/ knee slide is one of my go to moves, but I often end up retreating or fighting a sweep. With this BJJ Scout break down of Leandro Lo’s knee slide I have a clear picture of some places I need to tighten it up. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!!
