In a recent video posted on Facebook, Tom DeBlass explains how Jiu-Jitsu does not have to be your entire life. He says that life is all about balance, that setbacks will happen, and the important thing to remember is to keep going in the face of obstacles. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else, and focus on the benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Even training only one day per week will bring you improvement over time. This martial art has been proven over and over to enrich the lives of people from all walks of life and all levels of current fitness.

  1. Thumbs up!! So true. Even if you trained only 1 day a week. That’s 52 times you trained in 1 year! That’s still so much better than 0 times a year if you still wanted to train but lack the free time.
