Middle School Bully Learns Why Ground Game Matters The Hard Way

It’s getting harder and harder to be a bully who doesn’t cross train.

As the story goes, the smaller kid in this video is 13 and has been getting bullied by the larger kid for several months. He’s also been training jiu-jitsu for four years.

This recipe for bully humiliation finally ignited when the bully shoved the smaller kid from behind in the school yard for what we’re gonna assume was the final time. The bully throws a punch (kind of) and connects, which triggers the low takedown to side control to full mount sequence that follows. The bully counters with some namecalling, but “f*** you b****” is not an approved defense for a rear naked choke for a reason.

W goes to the little guy.

  1. Am I the only one gonna point out it was clearly the smaller kid pushing and nudging the bigger one? Are we sure we know who the bully is here?
My experience as a judoka looks like kid was trying to show off

  2. I guess you didn’t read the story about the small kid getting bullied for months, just decided he was going to take it any more, and put an end to it.
