17-year-old Bella Mir will be following in her father’s footsteps as she takes the next big step in her MMA career.
Bella, who is the daughter of former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir, has signed her first professional MMA contract with the help of Malki Kawa of First Round Management. She’ll be making her pro debut at the Ikon Fight Federation in Mexico on October 22. Though we know she’ll be fighting in the bantamweight division, an opponent for the young fighter hasn’t yet been announced.
Kawa shared the exciting news in a post on social media:
“This one is a good one… please help me in welcoming ? 17 yr old? @ladymir11 Bella Mir to the @firstroundmgmt family.
