“The King” Gordon Ryan is set to take on Vinny Magalhaes on May 5th at Absolute Championship Berkut Jiu-Jitsu (ACB JJ).
Gordon announced the news on his Facebook page only hours ago.

The event will mark Gordon’s first fight with ACB JJ, which he signed with only days ago.

Gordon Ryan is one of the most famous faces in competitive Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Not only is he a member of one of grappling’s most dangerous teams, the Danaher Death Squad, but he is a four-time EBI Champion, three-division EBI Champion, IBJJF Champion, and ADCC Champion.
Vinny Magalhaes, however, also has some impressive credentials. An ADCC and IBJJF Champion himself, Magalheas has stood toe-to-toe with some of the biggest names in BJJ. He even defeated Marcus Almeida “Buchecha” — widely considered one of the greatest competitive grapplers — via heel hook.
Needless to say, Vinny Magalhaes is not going to be make it easy for Gordon Ryan, nor is Ryan going to make it easy for him.
