Grappling Industries Is Making History By Putting On 4 Tournaments In 3 Countries On 2 Continents

As an organization, Grappling Industries has been ramping their game up in recent history.  They have been expanding their competition into the USA, putting on events just about every weekend, and consistently improving upon their rule set to cater to just about any competitive grappler.

This weekend, Grappling Industries is doing something no other organization has done: they are putting on 4 events in 3 countries on 2 continents.  It’s actually quite a sight to behold.

In Australia, Grappling Industries is putting on an event in Melbourne. This event will also have a special match between ADCC standout Craig Jones and jiu-jitsu’s funniest treasure troll Kit Dale.  This match is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

In Canada, Grappling Industries is catering to a market they know well: Toronto.  One of the first cities that the promotion invaded, the Toronto tournament tends to draw a huge crowd and has tons of talented competitors.

In their newest market, the USA, Grappling Industries is doing not one but two tournaments: one in Detroit, Michigan, and one in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Among these four tournaments, the promotion is expecting over 1000 competitors and over 1000 spectators.  No other tournament circuit or promotion has done something this ambitious.  Hopefully the community continues to support these constantly growing events.

For more information about all of Grappling Industries’ upcoming events, visit their website at grapplingindustries.  They have many upcoming events, likely in a city near you.  As the promotion continues to grow, so does its fan base. The opportunities it can present its competitors increase as well, including its world championship event taking place in February in Los Angeles, which will pit the absolute winners from many of its events throughout 2017 against each other.

Moving into 2018, we hope to see this circuit continue to make history and continue offering aspiring competitors opportunities to test their skills.
