The Jiu-Jitsu Times’ very own and Kevin Gallagher will be competing on the Fight 2 Win stage soon.

Fischer, a purple belt out of Strong Style MMA in Cleveland, is a F2W veteran. He’s been training on and off (“more off than on”) for nineteen years and just won gold in the Masters 1 division of No-Gi Pans last weekend. After he defeated Tom DeBlass’ accomplished purple belt David Matiaz Gonzalez at No-Gi Pans, F2W owner Seth Daniels offered Fischer and Gonzalez a shot for the purple belt no-gi light heavyweight title. The two will face off on October 27 at F2W 91 in New Jersey.

Gallagher, a black belt out of Gracie Tampa South Martial Arts in Florida, has been training jiu-jitsu for eight years and wrestled his whole life. He won bronze at the 2017 IBJJF No-Gi World Masters and also competed at (and covered) this year’s World Masters. He will be going up against Zach Sanford at F2W 88 on October 6 in Orlando.
