ADCC veteran and IBJJF no-gi world champion Kendall Reusing is officially scheduled to make her return to competition on November 4 at Polaris 26, against fellow black belt no-gi world champion Leticia Cardozo. Reusing’s return to the mats follows a catastrophic knee injury sustained during her ADCC 2022 run in the semifinals.
“It’s gonna be an incredible show, that’s for sure,” wrote Reusing in the comments of an Instagram post announcing the match. She’s retained her Polaris belt since 2021, and will defend it against one of Alliance’s rising stars in Cardozo, who’s hoping to upset the reigning queen of their division.
