Tom Hardy Training MMA And Grappling For His Role As Title Character In 2018 Movie, Venom

Tom Hardy — famous for his role as Bane in The Dark Night Rises — will once again be playing a super villain. This time, he’ll be taking on the role of Spiderman nemesis, Venom in the eponymously named 2018 movie.

But Hardy apparently isn’t just planning on having a stunt person do all of his fight scenes. Instead, the 40-year-old British actor is training grappling and MMA in order to play the extraterrestrial villain.
