Definitely a fake black belt. Bad movement, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he was wearing a DeLaRiva patch on his gi. It's funny that he wore that patch since he was getting his closed guard shaken off by the blue belt, yet he never transitioned into a DLR with proper grips despite having ample time. I'm glad this fake got exposed. Though, I do see more of these situations happening…
and inversely, never overestimate an opponent. ^_^'
