Fight to Win Pro strikes again with another incredibly exciting announcement. This submission-only grappling match will be taking place in Scottsdale, Arizona and should not be missed. But first, let’s take a look at the combatants.

Benson Henderson is a former UFC Lightweight Champion and WEC Lightweight Champion. Along with fighting in the UFC and WEC, Henderson also won two career bronze medals at the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation Championship and seven career gold medals at the Arizona State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation competitions, where he was also named the 2010 MVP of the year. His 24-7 MMA record is quite impressive, as it includes three wins by knockout, 10 wins by submission and 11 wins by decision. Henderson’s opponent, AJ Agazarm, is an accomplished grappler and the 2014 International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation No-Gi World Champion. Agazarm’s current grappling record sits at a respectable 100-55 with 37 submission wins. According to his record (BJJ Hereos), Agazarm tends to attempt for a choke-based submission win which should prove interesting in the fight against Henderson. Out of his ten submission losses, four have been due to chokes from the back (RNC).

A fight between an accomplished UFC fighter and an accomplished International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation World Champion should prove to be a compelling fight that fans should not miss.
