I’m returning slowly, without forcing nothing until now because I will not compete anymore this year. My priority at the moment are my seminars. I start now and go to Florianópolis in December, then it gets tricky to devote myself 100% to training, which is what I need to do when I want to compete at a high level.
“Probably, I will return to fight in Abu Dhabi, but I will only know at the very beginning of next year. In my case, the World of California and Abu Dhabi require much training. Preparation begins months before.
