Recently, a few major pornographic providers have tweeted disrespectful comments regarding Ronda Rousey’s recent defeat at the hands of Holly Holm.
Everyone seems to have a different opinion regarding pornography. Some are ok with it, others are completely against it. Regardless, it can bring up some very strong emotions and opinions.
Not only is the topic of pornography controversial, making these tweets inappropriate for the situation, but they have nothing to do with fighting.
Women’s MMA has come a very long way. Unfortunately, many women who are considered top fighters are forced to publicly defend themselves against men who want to critique their appearance instead of their talents.
To compare a fight to pornography, I feel, is incredibly disrespectful to the fighters involved. Read the tweets below.
