There has yet to be major corporation activity to sponsor the sport, however, which is proving to be the pitfall. Most sponsors that had worked already are directly related to Jiu Jitsu activities, which include gi companies and workout professionals.
This is now going to change in a big way, as soon Jiu Jitsu will have the first major corporate sponsor it needs. The International Petroleum Investment Company which is abbreviated as IPIC, is now going to be the official partner for the sport during some major events in the future. This is one of the biggest events that could happen in the sport, and many fans are excited for the future. These means that it is slowly getting more and more attention and recognition.
“The International Petroleum Investment Company and UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation have revealed the new deal to name the Arena at the Zayed Sports City as “IPIC Arena” under a 10-year sponsorship agreement. “
“The new naming right deal of IPIC Arena for a period of ten years comes as an additional evidence of the long-term strategic partnership we share with the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation,”
