Aaron Pico had quite a bit of hype walking into his mixed martial arts debut at Bellator 180.
Sadly, the fates did not allow him to live up to it.
His much under-hyped opponent, Zach Freeman — who was 13 years older than the 20-year-old Pico — rocked his Aaron within seconds after the first bell rang. He then locked in a tight guillotine choke and forced Pico to tap seconds after.
Aaron Pico is still young, and he still has a vibrant future in MMA ahead of him.
That future in MMA has gotten off to a rocky start, though.
