If you train jiu-jitsu, you probably know and love Bernardo Faria. The elite black belt and BJJ Fanatics founder is known for his friendly disposition and willingness to help, and when one of his YouTube viewers asked him a question to try to improve their jiu-jitsu, he made a whole video to answer.
In this clip, Faria answers Alex Delannoy’s question, “What’s the biggest fundamental white belt mistake?” White belts can obviously benefit from Faria’s wisdom, but so can upper belts or coaches hoping to help their less experienced teammates improve over time.
