Alex Vamos is a black belt in BJJ, but he traded belts while visiting a friend’s academy. During that visit, he spent the day at the academy while donning a white belt. He made sure to tie the belt the wrong way and act like a general newcomer. Vamos spends most of his time taking things slow with drills.
At the grappling phase, though, Vamos busts out a few moves a white belt would never know. Other guys start to question how he’s busting out his moves. Then the big reveal comes toward the end of the video, and everyone understands what happened that day.
