Cub Swanson has the perfect answer for any parent who is caught between taking care of their infant and finding the time to train — why not do both?
In the video below, Swanson can be seen hitting bags while his infant daughter is strapped to him.
Cub faced some criticism for the video, and fired back at his critics on Twitter:

I would have to agree with Cub. Not only is he spending time with his daughter, but he’s clearly not putting her in any danger. After all, he’s hitting the bags lightly, and it’s not like he’s sparring.
Besides, why not start your kids off young with martial arts?
