Let’s face the facts: much like Silva vs St-Pierre, Rousey vs Cyborg, and a host of other superfights that fans spend hours speculating over, Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor is probably never going to happen.
After all, this fight isn’t a simple matter of getting two people in two different divisions or even two different promotions to fight; it’s a matter of getting two men in two completely different sports to fight.
It would also put Conor at an extreme disadvantage. True, Conor can throw some amazing punches, but there is no way he can box on the level of the undefeated Floyd Mayweather, who has more knockouts than the Irishman does professional fights.
Still, even though this fight will almost certainly not happen, Mayweather still took it upon himself to taunt his hypothetical opponent in this scathing Instragram video.
