If you are somebody who is looking to take your training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the highest levels that it can possibly go, then there is no better place to get that next level training then from the world famous Gracie Family. Four members of the family, mainly Rickson Gracie, Ryron Gracie, Rener Gracie and Pedro Sauer recently released a video via Youtube where they discuss a wide variety of topics, with the main topic being the Future of jiu-jitsu. The video talks about how the Gracie Family is starting to believe that the art form known as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is starting to lose its legacy and then they go into great detail about how they are looking to change that.
There are also a total of three other huge changes that will be affecting all Gracie University locations and even its online presence as well, with those changes being the creation of the Gracie Combatives Belt, sparring now being required in order to obtain a blue belt and blue belts can no longer be issued to online students. These are some huge changes for the Gracie University and its students, but the changes are there for a reason and no one can actually argue against the Gracie Family…can they?
