A Krav Maga instructor called out Rener Gracie and his wife, Eve, today over a two-year-old video on how to defend against someone trying to drag you by the hair.
In the original video, Eve defends against the hair pull by dropping to her back and armbarring her attacker.
The Krav Maga instructor described the move as one that drove him “absolutely crazy.” He also described it as “dumb” and making “no sense in the real world. He then had his assistant demonstrate what he thought would be a more effective way to fight off an attacker trying to pull your hair.
