Mount can be one of the most frustrating and scary positions to be stuck in while training jiu-jitsu. Whether you have trauma in your past or are just freaked out by the feeling of another human sitting on top of you while you’re unable to escape (which is a reasonable thing to be freaked out about, to be honest), getting out of mount will only happen once you can remain calm and collected enough to strategize your way out of the position.
