We repeatedly see the same techniques and moves time and time again. People know what’s coming from Rousey and yet it doesn’t matter. Proper training, listening to your coaches and Professor & practicing that same move over and over will make your technique impenetrable? Maybe, not quite, but close. I know I’ve said this before, but sticking with what works for you, refining it and making it clean, that’s what will give you a solid game.
