Superman’s Henry Cavill Goes To Work After Some BJJ Training

Everyone has to train — even Superman!

Well, he’s technically not Superman. He is, however, Henry Cavill, the man who has played Superman in all of the latest movies. And apparently, his instructor, 3rd degree BJJ black belt Roger Gracie, has worked him hard enough to steam up the car.

Had the pleasure of being taught by Roger Gracie again this morning under the watchful gaze of Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu Grand Masters and Masters.
