Recently, a video post that was put up via Facebook by BJJPix as Arash Dibazar talks about the confidence of a black belt. Dibazar is one of the honorable Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners of our time and to say his confidence level is at an all time high may be the understatement of the century. The ability to earn the coveted black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and any other belt in combat sports will definitely boost one’s confidence and then demonstrating what the black belt means in that world will help others gain the confidence that they can one day grab the black belt as well.
