The twister is one of the most effective – and painful – holds in wrestling. It’s also difficult to execute it successfully, so it perhaps isn’t surprising it hasn’t been seen until fairly recently. The wrestler who pulled off the move has a name that’s almost as terrifying as the move, and the Korean Zombie hit 1st Twister in UFC history back in March, 2011. Chan Sung Jung, to give the Zombie his real name, earned his nickname from being able to stand powerful strikes, and has captivated wrestling fans around the world.
