Jiu-jitsu teaches us how technique can defeat size and strength, and Edwin Najmi went on to prove that in a friendly grappling match with bodybuilder and YouTuber Bradley Martyn.
Martyn came to Najmi’s gym, Gracie Barra Tarzana, and got to grapple with both Najmi and Sam Ehsan Rajabi. Despite Martyn’s obvious strength and size, he quickly learned why Najmi and Rajabi are such decorated martial artists. The whole training session was all in good fun, and hopefully, Martyn learned some good BJJ moves in the process.
