Watch MacKenzie Dern Show Off Her Boxing Skills

Multiple-time IBJJF World Champion and 2015 ADCC Champion MacKenzie Dern recently announced her transition to MMA and has been training with John Crouch and The MMA Lab Team in Glendale, AZ. She posted a quick snippet of her boxing skills on her instagram page yesterday. I think its safe to say we are also pretty excited to see what she can accomplish in the cage!
