We’ve all been there — you’re mid-roll, and all of a sudden, your mind tells you to quit. You’re too tired, too beat-up, too emotionally defeated to keep trying. So you turtle up or allow yourself to lie there in side control until the clock runs out. But is this really the right choice to make?
