This video is speaking straight to me today (and maybe to you too). Last night at class, I was the pancake under some intense side control pressure. Nothing I did was working, and I left class feeling frustrated that I ever got there in the first place.
This morning the heaven’s shined down, and MMA Leech uploaded this video only seven minutes before I started scrolling through technique videos. Divine intervention? I think so.
Professor Gustavo Gasperin demonstrates the importance of anticipation and even provides some really valid examples in the UFC cage. Once you know your guard is basically passed, work for that undertook and get out of there before it’s too late!
