Recently, a video was posted online of a Night of Champions bout between Mateusz Zawadazki and Marcin Mencel, which took place on October 27, 2012. Both men initiated an attack simultaneously and bumped heads, sending both to the canvas. After this double KO, neither man was in any fit state to continue, so the fight had to be called off.
