Recently I posted about the benefits of finding techniques that work for me (the little person) & the use of leverage with the shin on shin sit up sweep. I’ve been working on it, and will continue to work on it until it’s perfect 😉
In the meantime, here’s Andre Galvoa showing us the Butterfly Sweep. While consistency is key, and your go-to moves are always your A-game, having a B-game or being able to chain/modify is a useful tool. Once again, this sweep is seen across the weight classes, in gi and no-gi!
