Conor McGregor is currently the UFC Featherweight Champion and in a few months, he will battle Rafael Dos Anjos for the UFC Lightweight Title.

Assuming that McGregor does get past Dos Anjos in March, that would potentially set up a Conor McGregor versus Robbie Lawler fight before the end of the year. If McGregor can some capture the lightweight and welterweight title this year, while holding onto the featherweight title, will mean that he will become the first fighter ever to hold three titles simultaneously in a major MMA organization.
