ADCC silver medalist Craig Jones appeared as a guest on InfoWars — the frequently de-platformed show of far-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.
Alex Jones — who has repeatedly shared conspiracy theories and false information about topics including the LGBTQ+ community, climate change, and events such as the Sandy Hook Elementary School mass shooting — credited Joe Rogan with connecting him with Craig Jones. He also stated that he and 10th Planet and EBI founder Eddie Bravo are “friends.”
The segment touched on Craig’s grappling career, but mostly centered on Craig’s adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine, which Alex used to promote anti-vax conspiracy theories. Alex was also particularly fascinated with Craig’s potential match with Gabi Garcia, calling Garcia “Frankenstein in a wig.”
