Dana White: ‘When Conor Was Getting Ready For The Mayweather Fight, I’m Already Making Plans For Conor To Never Come Back’

UFC President Dana White loves “The Notorious” Conor McGregor. Why shouldn’t he? Conor has no doubt made the UFC millions. With his wild, out-of-the-cage antics and the way he has demolished some of the most talented fighters with ease, Conor McGregor is one of the best things that has ever happened to the UFC.

But despite White’s love for McGregor, he is not going to let the Irishman hold up the entire lightweight division.  That’s why Khabib Nurmagomedov will be facing Interim Lightweight Champion Tony Ferguson in April at UFC 223.

“When Conor was getting ready for this Mayweather fight, I am already making plans for Conor to never come back,” White said on the Toucher and Rich show.

Of course, the UFC’s “Bald Father” said he wouldn’t blame Conor for never showing his face in the cage again. After all, as he so eloquently put it, it’s hard to get yourself out of bed every morning to get punched in the face when you have $100 million.

I’m inclined to agree with Dana.
