Meryl Streep definitely had some controversial things to say after receiving her lifetime achievement award at the recent 74th Golden Globe Awards ceremony. Streep upset a lot of people by claiming that MMA is not really an art – a statement that sees Dana White fired back at Meryl Streep over.

White was quick to point out that MMA is an art form, and should be considered as such, although he also acknowledged that it isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. White cited the talent of the athletes and the amount of training involved, and reminded everyone just how popular MMA is.
