The more I think about it, the more skeptical I am about this. The guy says he gets his carbs from gels and oats. Then he picks up carrots, bananas, and apples and says he eats those. Are they miraculous carb-free carrots, apples, and bananas? I bet that protein powder isn’t carb-free either. It makes the whole seem suspicious.
