We’ve seen plenty of self-defense techniques on the Internet, and many of them have been…well…pretty bad.
But these ones could be some of the worst.
With that said, we have to hand it to the actors. If martial arts don’t work for them, they will have a great career in Hollywood.
And if these techniques do happen to work, sign us up!
