He knocked out his tooth, which some MMA fighters are capable of doing. What makes Schick stand out is what he did with the tooth afterward. As the tooth come flying out of his mouth, he hits the tooth and punches Spears simultaneously. The tooth flies into the audience and into a lucky fan’s hands.
