Gracie Bullyproof Featured On CBS Los Angeles

Recently the Gracie Bullyproof program was the subject of a feature by CBS Los Angeles.

The feature takes a look into the logistics of the program, one that goes beyond techniques in teaching children how to deal with bullies. Rener Gracie discusses how the program teaches kids to stand-up verbally, even going as far as teaching specific things to say to de-escalate the situation. Whereas many self-defense programs teach kids how to fight fire with fire, using jiu-jitsu is very much like fighting fire with water.
