Apparently, the UFC Women’s champion can’t say Beyonce’s name because she didn’t know it. It started with Holm hanging out with Jay-Z and Beyonce during a Las Vegas fight. Jay-Z introduced Holm to Beyonce using the phrase ‘my wife.’ She naturally asks for her name, and immediately recognized her mistake. She apologizes, and Bey brushes it off. They continue to chat. Yes, it was an awkward moment, but in her case, that’s what happens when you meet a celebrity. Let’s hope Holm remembers to ‘say her name’ next time.
