Just about everybody at this point in time has heard of the old adage that says “age is simply just a number.” That saying held true at a Russian gym recently when a 80’ish Year Old Man vs Much Younger Russian took place at a training session. The elderly gentleman held his own against the much younger opponent and showed that once again, age is just a number. With fighters like Randy Couture and Dan Henderson showing that being old cannot hold you back in MMA competition, it is nice to see that lineage continued by this fellow older gentleman.
