Jose Aldo was knocked out only 13 seconds into his fight against Conor McGregor. Though a similar scenario befell in the fight between Ronda Rousey and Holly Holm, it is uncertain yet if the same outcome of a rematch will be permitted by UFC President Dana White.
According to Jon Jones, “If Ronda Rousey gets an immediate rematch , so should Jose Aldo”. This is coming from the former light heavyweight champion who is a big fan of Rousey. The fact that Aldo is another MMA fighter who was at the top of his career at the time of this fight should stand in his favor.
