I thought about doing nothing today and resting but I spent all day with my family and had an amazing Christmas. Thank goodness for treadmills at home because all I could think was F*ck Jon Jones he doesn’t get a day to out work me. I watch him fight every time I run. Hes my motivation, he makes me better. I thank him for being so great because he’s making me better ever day. 9days. DC #andnew
