BJJ black belt and former UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo punched a television host on live TV.
Before any of you start wondering whether or not Jose should be locked up, the host asked him to do it and had quite a bit of padding over his stomach in order to cushion the punch.
Still, the look on his face says it all: a punch in the gut from Jose Aldo hurts…a lot!
