This may be the best fake martial arts video ever.
I mean “fake” in both senses of the word, too. The video is fake in that it’s obviously (hopefully) a parody, but like non-parody fake martial arts, it also teaches you a skill that is absolutely useless.
Then again, you never know when a person sitting in a chair might try to attack you.
