Polaris is coming, Polaris is coming!! ok, I’m excited. But can you blame me? I’ve met Michelle and was able to attend a week-long seminar. She’s a kind and fun person, an awesome competitor and great teacher. The techniques she taught us were applicable for me… overall this Polaris looks pretty sic anyway! What better way to relax after a hard day of training? Train & watch Polaris… sounds good to me.
