Sage Northcutt (14-3) suffered a shocking loss in his ONE Championship debut over the weekend, getting knocked out by Cosmo Alexandre just 29 seconds into the first round. The loss itself was devastating on its own, but now, Northcutt has revealed just how serious the damage is.
In an Instagram post, Northcutt said that he suffered eight fractures to the face and underwent a nine-hour operation for his injuries. However, the fighter appears to be in good spirits, joking about his “Terminator face” and appropriately saying, “I’ll be back.”
