  1. I like this same move from the bottom position; That is, when you are pinned and turn away from them and go over their head, placing your opponent in a headlock-like position. That head wrap hand tucks inside your knee bend for security of the broken posture. You feed their outside arm (closest your hip) with your outside arm, placing their wrist just behind the heel of your outside leg, keeping a bend. Be careful with these moves as its leg on arm pressure and can be extremely damaging.
