Stephan Kesting is often asked “why does my Jiu-Jitsu suck?” In the video below, Kesting explains the normal growing pains many beginners face when they first start training in BJJ. He states that there will be a breakthrough for students training 2 to 3 times per after the first 2 to 3 months of training and that frustrated students should stick with the gentle art and not give up.
